FTE CHEMISTRY SERVICE
Many of our major customers have elected to run teams of scientists (or Full-Time Equivalents) at Shanghai Elittes Organics. This "FTE-based" approach to working with Elittes Organics enables our customers to submit a list of projects to be completed one after another without requiring individual quotes on every new or follow-up project. Elittes Organics's solid service track record and comprehensive customer support help induce an extremely high level of repeat business among our FTE-based customers. We are proud to say that all of our customers have increased the number of FTEs during the course of the collaboration.
In order to facilitate project management, an online monitoring and reporting system planned by Elittes Organics will allow project managers at the customer end to monitor the progress of the projects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a secure encrypted website. Additionally, the project team at Elittes Organics interacts with the customer's project management team via regular conference calls, daily emails and bi-weekly reports. Customers who run their own internal chemistry operations – and therefore have an objective basis for comparison – are especially impressed with the high productivity and rapid turnaround times achieved by our FTEs.
Our FTE-base projects range from Synthetic chemistry, Process chemistry, library design synthesis as well as medicinal chemistry, to aid lead generation and lead optimization efforts. Elittes Organics is one of very few companies who offers our customers chemistry services across the entire spectrum of the drug discovery process.
Currently, Elittes Organics has over 130 full-time FTEs dedicated to various customers, and this number is rapidly increasing.
