The actual prices are listed in the online database which can be searched by name, part of the name, formula, CAS#, or product#. If there is no price listed in the datafield of a compound, please enquire a price by e-mail (info@elittes.com).
Please do not send orders without having a price!
How long does it take to get a quote?
We allways try to quote asap after receiving your inquiry. You can shorten the time, if you
add our catalog# and you inquire one compound once.
How much is the shipping charge?
All international freight will be send by courier. You have two possibilities:
You have an FedEx#, DHL#, TNT#?
=> Please add your FedEx#, DHL#, TNT# to the information on your order sheet. We will bill all shipping and custom charges to your FedEx#, DHL#, TNT#. This is probably the cheapest version.
You don`t have a FedEx#, DHL#, TNT#?
=> In this case we will add freight & insurance charges to the bill. Courier will be General Overnight or FedEx. The actual prices for 1g to 1 kilogram quantities is:
US$50.
If the quantity exceeds 1kilogram the charge will be depended on actual weight of the cargo.
How can I order?
Orders are only accepted in writing (fax, e-mail or letter). Your order must contain the following data:
shipping and billing address (incl. phone#, fax# and e-mail)
the name of the responsible person for order
your PO# (if necsessary)
your FedEx# (please have a look into “shipping charges”)
How long does it take to get the compound?
If the material is on stock, you will get it at least after three days. If it is not on stock, you will get information about the expected delivery time.
How can I pay?
Payment can be done either by check or by wire transfer(better way). The address for sending a check as well as the bank information is given on the invoice. The invoice will be sent by all international orders first by fax and the original by mail.
What about the purity of the compounds?
Our compounds have normally a purity of at least 95%. If a special compound has a lower purity, the information will be given in the datafield (technical grade).
